Job Summary
Outbound Growth Associate are at the forefront of our dynamic Marketing and Sales team, playing a pivotal role in collaborating with these two departments to to build the opportunity pipeline for Astera. What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with account executives, marketing, and sales leadership to execute outreach campaigns for existing and prospective customer accounts.
- Generate comprehensive contact lists for target personas and executives within designated account lists, territories, or regions.
- Co-create personalized and tailored prospect and customer outreach via various channels such as cold calling, social media and emails for initial outreach and nurture campaigns.
- Prioritize leads and new contacts from target accounts to develop collaborative 1-to-1 account outbound marketing strategy:
- Leverage ABM (Account-Based Marketing) tools to prioritize contacts who have demonstrated an interest in Astera
- Organize Astera and Partner Webinars
- Participate in Industry Events
- Respond to and coordinate next step, meetings or demos for in-bound leads
- Qualify leads, set up meetings for the Sales team, and develop leads into active opportunities for qualification and follow-up.
- Book Appointments and schedule discovery calls.
- Establish relationships with key contacts at targeted accounts to keep them up to date on Astera’s product.
- Stay informed about product updates and enhancements to accurately address customer questions and provide solutions.
- Track all activities, and maintain and update the contacts information and status in our CRM.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and engagement to help refine lead generation strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall sales strategies, customer engagement techniques, and strategies for new client acquisition and retention.
- Provide regular updates on campaign progress to Astera Sales and Marketing Leadership
- Consistently achieve monthly quotas of calls and qualified opportunities, contributing directly to Astera’s success.

- Availability to work during US hours (6 PM PKT to 3 AM PKT).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools is a plus.
- A degree in Business Administration (BBA), Social Sciences, Liberal Arts (SSLA), Computer Science (BSCS), Mass Communication, or related fields.
- 0-1 Year of Experience.
- Fresh Graduates and Students in the final semester of their educational programs are highly encouraged to apply.
