Follow these steps to begin a successful career with us.

Do your Research

Check the available job openings, shortlist the one that aligns best with your qualifications, and ensure that your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities match the job requirements as closely as possible. The closer the match, the stronger the fit.

Apply Online

Open the job opportunity you’re interested in and fill out the online application form. You should have:

  • Customized Resume: Customize your resume to match the requirements of the position you’re applying for.
  • Cover Letter: Tell us why you’re interested in the position and what makes you a strong candidate.

After completing the form, take a moment to review it. Double-check that all the personal information you entered is accurate, and ensure the uploaded files are correct and up-to-date.

Initial Screening and Assessments

Once you submit your online application, our recruitment team will begin the initial screening process. They will match your profile to the requirements of the position. If you meet the criteria, a representative will contact you for a quick chat about the role.

As the next step of the hiring process, you’ll receive the following assessment as required:

  • Verbal and Logical Reasoning
  • Numeric Reasoning
  • Technical/Role specific Assessments

These assessments are customized to match the requirements of each position, which means that the passing criteria may differ depending on the role.

Interviews with the Team

Once you’ve successfully passed the assessments, you’ll advance to the interview stage, which can be conducted online or in person with our teams. This stage consists of multiple interview rounds to evaluate your technical skills, subject matter understanding, communication abilities, interpersonal skills, and core competencies, and to determine if you’re a good cultural fit for the company.

These interviews are your chance to show why you’re the right fit for both the position and the company. They also offer you the opportunity to learn more about our culture and job requirements. Use these interviews to your advantage, stand out, and secure your position with us!

Offer Placement

After you’ve completed the interview rounds, we’ll take some time to thoroughly evaluate your application and determine if we’re the right fit for each other. Our team assesses various aspects, from the details in your resume to the knowledge, understanding, and behavior reflected during your assessments and interviews. If we find that your values align with our company’s culture and your skills can contribute to our success, you can expect to receive a promising offer!

Do your research about the company.

Learn about the mission, vision, products the company offers, markets it is operating in, and the industry it belongs to. This would give you an understanding of the challenges in the industry, current and future trends, and the opportunities that the company has moving forward. This shows your preparedness for the interview and your interest in joining the company.

Ask the right questions.

Prepare your questions in advance – you could ask about the company culture, the organizational structure, professional development opportunities in the role, the next steps of the recruitment process, or what a typical day looks like for the position you have applied for. This practice would show your eagerness to know about the company and reflect positively on your profile.

Craft your “Story Statement”.

When asked to talk about yourself, the interviewer wants to know about your experience and skills and how they are relevant to the job you have applied for. Think of it as an elevator pitch – a short statement to describe your value proposition and why should it be invested in. Prepare a short story statement about your experience and accomplishments.
