Job Summary
As a Content Writer, you’ll be an integral part of our marketing team, responsible for creating high-quality content that showcases our software solutions, engages our target audience, and drives business growth. From blog posts and articles to website copy and social media content, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and make a meaningful impact. This role includes creating highly engaging technical, semi-technical and business content that would help strengthen our brand messaging and the key value propositions of our products.
What You’ll Do
- Produce original, high-quality, and well-researched content for our website, including blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, landing page content, and more.
- Work with the product team to understand the product and write in-depth, product-focused technical content, such as whitepapers, product datasheets, technical guides, etc.
- Research and understand our target audience, industry trends, and competitors to write persuasive and highly specific and targeted content.
- Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment of messaging and goals.
- Translate technical concepts and product features into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences.
- Ensure grammatical, structural, and technical accuracy of all content produced.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Literature, or relevant field.
- 1+ years of working in the IT industry is preferable. But if you are a fresh graduate and think that you fit the bill, you are encouraged to apply.
- Outstanding command of English language and good oral and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of WordPress and SEO tools.
- Strong analytical skills to understand and leverage website analytics.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and communicate them in an easy-to-understand way.
- First-hand experience of using Google Analytics, SEMRush, or any other analytics tool would be a plus!
