Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Web Development Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. The intern will be responsible for developing an online portal/HRMS for the company. This project involves building a user-friendly and responsive web application that will streamline HR processes, such as employee information system, leave management, performance appraisal system, attendance tracking system, and employee support.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to gather requirements and understand the needs of the HRMS.
- Develop and design a fully functional web-based HRMS using the latest web technologies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of core features such as employee information system, leave management, performance appraisal, attendance tracking, and employee support systems.
- Ensure the application is user-friendly, responsive, and meets all the required functionalities.
- Perform testing and debugging to ensure the software is error-free and secure.
- Document the development process and provide regular updates on progress.
- Assist in the deployment and initial user training of the HRMS.
What You’ll Need
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Basic knowledge of back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, or any relevant language).
- Experience with web frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Familiarity with database management systems (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Understanding of secure data handling practices.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Understanding of API Integrations
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
- Knowledge of HRMS systems or employee information management is a plus
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, tools, and frameworks in web development.
