Job Summary
As the PPC Lead, you’ll manage Astera’s paid marketing strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms. You’ll own the full lifecycle of paid campaigns—from planning and execution to optimization and analysis—ensuring that every click contributes to brand growth and qualified lead generation. We are looking for these individuals for Astera and its brands, to strengthen paid media performance and maximize ROI.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and manage PPC and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
- Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor performance using analytics tools and present data-backed insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with Content and Design teams to align messaging and visuals across campaigns.
- Stay informed on industry trends, AI ad tools, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Proven expertise in keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and performance dashboards.
- Experience managing and allocating six-figure ad budgets efficiently.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.
- Working knowledge of AI-driven ad optimization tools (bonus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A results-driven mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning.
