Job Summary
As a Content Lead at Astera, you’ll drive our storytelling across channels—translating complex data and AI concepts into compelling, accessible content. You’ll oversee the content strategy that informs, inspires, and converts, helping position Astera as a thought leader in enterprise data automation. We are looking for these individuals for Astera and its brands, to create impactful narratives that connect with audiences globally.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Oversee creation of blogs, case studies, whitepapers, email copy, and website content.
- Ensure all content reflects Astera’s brand voice and technical depth.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Design, and SEO teams to optimize reach and impact.
- Use analytics to measure content performance and refine strategy accordingly.
- Explore AI-driven content tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, brand storytelling, or editorial management.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with a strong command of tone and clarity.
- Ability to translate technical or complex topics into engaging, reader-friendly content.
- Experience producing diverse content types—blogs, case studies, whitepapers, scripts, and web copy.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Experience with AI-assisted content creation tools (e.g., Jasper, Notion AI) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or English.
- A passion for storytelling, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
