Job Summary
As a Social Media Lead at Astera, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing our global social media strategy across multiple platforms. You’ll craft compelling narratives around data, AI, and innovation while driving engagement, brand visibility, and community growth. We are looking for these individuals for Astera and its brands, to help us tell powerful stories that resonate worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Astera’s brand and business goals.
- Create and manage engaging, on-brand content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other platforms.
- Track performance metrics and optimize content using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to amplify campaigns and announcements.
- Manage community interactions to strengthen brand presence and audience trust.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and algorithms to keep Astera ahead of the curve.
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience managing social media strategy and content for a brand or agency.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube platforms and their algorithms.
- Proven ability to create engaging campaigns that drive reach and community growth.
- Experience using analytics and social listening tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, Meta Suite).
- Strong visual and copywriting sensibility, with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
- Familiarity with AI-driven content tools and automation platforms (bonus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A creative mindset, data-driven decision-making skills, and a collaborative attitude.
